  • To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
  • Wipe rattan clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage.
  • If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Shipping + Returns

  • Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.
