- Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come.
- All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement.
- Wipe rattan clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material.
- Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage.
- If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.
- Fabric is dry clean only, do not wash or bleach.
- Iron at a max heat of 110* C, tumble dry at low temperatures.

- We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.
