- To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
- Clean wood with water applied along the grain with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately.
- For scratches and scuffs, apply a finish restoring solution or a stain marker.
- Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure proper color match.
- Machine wash fabric on cold with whites only. Hang dry.

- Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days.
- We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.

- White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight.
- Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal.
- By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed.
- This does not include assembly.
