  • Clean wood with water applied along the grain with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. For scratches and scuffs, apply a finish restoring solution or a stain marker. Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure proper color match. For paper cord or seagrass rope, vacuum to remove dust and debris, then gently spot clean with a mild detergent. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. Cushion: Spot clean with any solvent based solution (except trichloroethylene) or dry clean.

  • Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days.
  • We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.
