  • All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement.
  • To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
  • Natural: Wipe rattan clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.
  • Ganache: Clean wood with water applied along the grain with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. For scratches and scuffs, apply a finish restoring solution or a stain marker. Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure proper color match.

Shipping + Returns

  • Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.

  • White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight. 
  • Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal. 
  • By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed. This does not include assembly. 
  • Once your order is confirmed, a shipping representative will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment.
