  • All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement.
  • To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
  • Clean wood with water or mild detergent applied along the grain with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Once dry, Danish oil can be applied as needed.
  • For Danish rope, vacuum to remove dust and debris, then gently spot clean with a mild detergent.
  • Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage.

Shipping + Returns

  • Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.
