To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
Wipe rattan clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material.
Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage.
If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Shipping + Returns

Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days.
We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee.
Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.

White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight.
Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal.
By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed.
This does not include assembly.
