  • For scratches and scuffs, apply a finish restoring solution or a stain marker.
  • Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure proper color match.
  • Vacuum weaving to remove dust and debris.

Shipping + Returns

  • Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces or any previously installed lighting or hanging items.

  • White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight. 
  • Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal. 
  • By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed. 
  • This does not include assembly. 
  • Once your order is confirmed, a shipping representative will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment.
