All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.

Spot clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

All Vintage items are one-of-a-kind and are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, they are not eligible for return. White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight. Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden palette to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal. By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed. This does not include assembly. Once your order is confirmed, a member of our customer service team will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment.
