Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come. All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Made of natural materials. Expect some variation in color, weaving and grain. We believe these qualities add to the beauty of each piece.

Orders are typically received and processed within 2-3 business days. We extend a 60-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. White Glove Delivery should only be selected on large orders, or for oversized items that ship via freight. Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) - you will be responsible for packaging disposal. By choosing White Glove, your order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed. This does not include assembly. Once your order is confirmed, a shipping representative will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment.
